Rudy Cortinas finds success on a pond in Oak Cliff. It’s amazing how many small bodies of water in our state are stocked with bass. Be sure and check out your local parks … you may be surprised. Texas Parks & Wildlife Department also stocks trout in ponds across the state during the winter. You can find a list of stocked waters on the TPWD web site.
